Woodside High School's athletic program relies heavily on donations provided by families, staff, and community members to support the needs of our teams.

Over HALF of the department expense budget is met by
     (1) parent donations to sports, and
     (2) by ABO fundraising.

Our goal is to ensure appropriate funding for needs not covered by the district for every sport and to help strengthen the quality of the overall Athletic Program at Woodside.

Major recent Grants/Projects include: Over $140k in total support 16-17 School year. New Football Uniforms, Volleyball Uniforms, High-tech electronic timing system for Track, pitching machine for Softball.

Woodside has 28 athletic teams (Co-Ed counts as 2!) and over 450 athletes participating. Our range of support can only be as good as the strength of our membership, volunteer efforts, and effective fundraising.

If you have an account, you MUST Login to ACTIVATE it for this year!

Follow the instructions and be sure to hit SAVE at the bottom of each page.

Please, support our athletes by VOLUNTEERING for the ABO or directly for your athlete's team. Please contact any Board Member or AD staff member for info!

Your ABO donations may be tax deductible as the Woodside Athletic Boosters Organization is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our Federal Tax ID# is 27-0920851.

Once REGISTERED and ACTIVE, your family account allows your to track purchases/donations you've made over the year, print receipts (for tax time!), and is much more efficient for the ABO.

Athlete of the Week

Athlete of the Week May 21st 2018

This week’s Athlete of the Week is senior Trevor Collet. Trevor participates on the Boys Varsity Swim team and is also a Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo swim commit. As a child, Collet began his competitive swimming career when he was six years old with the support of his family. Growing up, Trevor was surrounded by great swimmers and his mother went to the Olympic Trials. Upon reflecting on the sport, Trevor said, “The best aspect of the sport is that all your training is with a team but you race individually,” Trevor appreciates the team support but thrives off of the individualistic aspects of the sport. As of right now, Trevor goes to seven practices a week and will begin practicing up to eleven times per week once he begins at Cal Poly. His hard work and dedication has truly paid off and Trevor says, “I’m extremely excited! One of my goals since I was a kid was to be able to swim in college and the fact that I am able to swim DI at Cal Poly is amazing. I love the team and the coaching staff there so I’m very excited!” Trevor qualified for the state meet in the 100 backstroke and butterfly, but this week he’ll be focusing on his AP exams. Congratulate this weeks Athlete of the Week, Trevor Collet!
